A equidade de g\u00eanero \u00e9 um dos fatores que contribuem para a cultura da paz e para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos. As discuss\u00f5es sobre a equidade de g\u00eanero realizadas no contexto da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil podem potencializar a\u00e7\u00f5es transformadoras, ou seja, pr\u00e1ticas cotidianas de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o de vidas.<br \/>\nTodas as crian\u00e7as, t\u00eam o direito de atingir seu potencial m\u00e1ximo ao aprender sobre qualquer assunto, praticar qualquer esporte e brincar com qualquer brinquedo. Nas creches, onde a crian\u00e7a passa muitas horas do dia, se torna importante perceber como agimos e falamos, pois as crian\u00e7as absorvem e reproduzem rapidamente comportamentos que veem e vivenciam no cotidiano. Por exemplo, \u00e9 importante mostrar para as crian\u00e7as que elas podem expressar todos os sentimentos, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o existem emo\u00e7\u00f5es \u201cde menina\u201d e \u201cde menino\u201d. Os adultos s\u00e3o observados pelas crian\u00e7as, com quem aprendem, por exemplo, como \u00e9 feita a divis\u00e3o de trabalho em suas casas e na sociedade.
